What’s included.

• Steel frame including floor and roof joists.
• Epdm rubber roof system.
• Guttering and down pipe ( to discharge rain water to the ground )
• Chipboard floor with choice of vinyl flooring.
• Rockwool insulation topped with insulated plasterboard then dry lined and painted with 2 coats of white matt emulsion ( optional internal upgrades )
• 3m aluminium bifold doors
• Choice of colours for the composite slatted vertical cladding as standard ( timber options available)
• Build time from start to finish in 2 weeks .
• Totally customisable by our time served carpenters.

What’s not included.

• extra ground work - we are assuming you have a flat level base we can install strait onto, if extra ground work is required we will quote for this on our  pre installation survey.
• Electrical work. We have found that with so many variables and options we prefer to leave this to the client to arrange. We will work closely with your electrician to make sure every thing runs smoothly with first and second fix electrics.
• Other landscaping. We are happy to provide quotes for additional landscaping work from decking to pergolas - even supply and installation of Hottubs from out trusted trade partners.
